Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions: You can cancel your Famfia Desk subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Messaging Wallet Credits: Top-up wallet credits deposited for Meta message fees are non-refundable once added to your balance, but they do not expire as long as your workspace account remains active.

3. Refund Eligibility: If you experience service interruptions or technical billing errors attributable to our system, please email support@famfia.com within 7 days for review and full/partial reimbursement.
